Who We Are
Our crew works on the Westside every day, and that shapes how we work. Homes here face salt air, the morning marine layer, winter storms and earthquakes. Many were built decades ago and have chimneys that have never been properly inspected. Others are modern condos with factory-built gas fireplaces and long dryer vents. We have built our services around those realities.
Our Team
Customers have mentioned our technicians by name in Google reviews, and that is the standard we hold ourselves to: professional, on time and respectful of your home.

How We Work
- 01
Inspect First, Then Recommend
Every job starts with an inspection. We look at the full system, not just the part you called about, so we can find the cause rather than treat a symptom.
- 02
Photo and Video Proof
You see the same images we see. Before-and-after photos are part of every visit, and camera footage is part of every flue inspection.
- 03
Written Prices Before Work
There are no surprise charges. Our $39 chimney inspection is a fixed price, and every repair is quoted in writing before we begin.
- 04
Clean, Careful Work
Drop cloths, boot covers, plastic sheeting and HEPA vacuums are standard. We leave your home as clean as we found it, or cleaner.
- 05
Honest Advice
If your chimney is fine, we tell you. If a repair can wait, we tell you that too.
Standards We Follow
We follow NFPA 211, the national standard for chimneys, fireplaces and vents, along with the manufacturer's installation instructions for every appliance we service. For air duct cleaning, we follow U.S. EPA guidance on when cleaning is warranted. Permits for rebuilds and installations go through the City of Los Angeles or Los Angeles County, depending on the property address.
